The first thing we do is to take pictures of the property we are planning to market; then show those pictures to the seller.  In many cases the pictures show the truth.  They can show the clutter, the magnets on the refrigerator, the bath towels askew, the messy bedrooms,clothes on the floor, the toys, the unkempt landscaping and on and on.

The Wall Street Property team then walks the property and goes over the pictures with the seller and discusses the best way to "Stage" this property with little to no expense. Our team will rearrange the furniture, rehang pictures, work with your gardener or homeowner and help you with the removal of clutter in your home.

We will make suggestions that are cost effective; like cleaning your carpet, painting where necessary, covering or removing stained furniture moving all unnecessary items to the garage (most buyers do not mind seeing a cluttered garage, but they do mind seeing a cluttered house)
