Hi, I am Lillian Wall your Real Estate Professional for Homes and Real Estate Services in the Southern California Area.
A Realtor since 1979 I have a wide range of marketing and sales skills from condos to multi-million dollar home sales including the sale of noted actor Chuck Norris' Tarzana compound, which sold for over $4,000,000.
I am also licensed General Contractor and Decorator who specializes in Home Staging with the items that you already have in your home for exciting Quick Sales resulting in Maximum sales price for homes. (Home Staging with furniture rental companies is also available upon request).
Along with my husband, Bob Wall and Harry Desmond, we developed and built the Wall Street Plaza, a magnificent 110,000 Square Foot Shopping/Office Complex on Ventura Boulevard, in Tarzana, the Wall Street Village, a Shopping/Office Complex in Encino, also on Ventura Boulevard in California. We have built, remodeled, developed many other properties including apartment buildings and homes in the San Fernando Valley.
